Correct table but welcome in front of the hotel exécrable damage that the valet will take for a vigil by taking you from a simple hop hop hop without a hi when you return to the hotel on foot to go to the restaurant. View all feedback.
To celebrate our 12 years of meeting with my wife and I even went to the Connetable Table in Chantilly in May 2019. We already knew this star table, and wanted to discover the new Chef Julien Lucas, the new sommelier, the new kitchen and service team. We had the chance to be placed at the table optimally to admire the work of the teams in the kitchen. We have chosen the tasting menu in 6 dishes: it allows to discover the know-how offered in the à la carte dishes, but in the menu. The Asparagus of the vegetable garden of Sacy the Great, Nose of smoked bird, Chantilly sauce with the edges of earth; Langoustine, smoky with fir, vintage caviar, pear and beet; The Sandre, in darne, mushroom "Orry la Ville dit de Paris et noisettes ; Le Ris de Veau de Lait, piqué au laurier et ris au sautoir, carrots et jus La Endive de Picardie, praline chicorée, caramel et chocolat. With a lot of surprises in aperitif and mignardises. Excellent discovery of Chef Julien Lucas' know-how focused on the love of local products of the Oise and the North. This transition is a success, congratulations to all teams!

Excellent food. At the beginning of small portions, very expensive, then a large part of meat (veau) that I couldn't finish.
Beautiful setting, welcoming staff, tasty and light dishes, original flavours, a little less conquered by desserts. Very good time.
Fabulous! all dishes are out of standard both on the quality of the dishes, and on the originality of the dishes offered! The sommelier allowed us to taste rare wines extremely fine in the palate and totally matched to dishes! the cheese dish presented in a hierarchy of flavors, was sublimated by a homemade honey. As for dessert chocolates accompanied by an exceptional porto, it makes you enter an unreal world close to perfection! the price is also out of standard but the value for money is very in favor of this restaurant! to book for your exceptional moments that will become unforgettable!!
