Wayback Burgers - Chantilly

Is this location permanently closed? It has not been open the past few times we tried to visit.

As others have mentioned, it's a wannabe five guys. They do have more options than five guys, but they're way more expensive.Further, twice now i have stopped by this location, the neon open sign is on, yet the door is locked, no one is inside, and they have mail sitting at the door. Is this location open or not? If it's been closed permanently then the realtor would do well to turn the open sign off.

Been wanting to go here for a while. Finally decided to go tonight (13 Jan 2024). Arrived and it's closed...at 5pm on a Saturday night. Sign on the door says it should be open until 9pm…what gives? Disappointed as I had my mind set on what reviews say would be good burgers and a shake. Why closed on what is normally the busiest night for a restaurant?

If you are the owner/manager reading this, please please share the tip on the counter among only those that are responsible for taking my order and preparing the food. I have reason to believe that either the managers or owner are keeping the tips!

Terrible. Signed up for a text promo code but there's no place to enter it on any online order site they offer to use. I can't even say how their food is because I could never finish the order. Don't answer their phone either. Waste of time.
