Starbucks - Chantilly

Worst experience with this starbucks. They serve meat to vegetarian and dont bother about it. wait time is horrible. Avoid this

The shop has recently been renovated, the staff is friendly, and they make the drinks exactly as ordered. The whole place is clean and well-maintained.I tried the Pistachio Latte from the winter menu and it was savory and delicious!

We waited 35 minutes in the drive through to pick up a mobile order. when we got to the speaker we asked if they could ensure our drinks were still hot since it 's been so long and they said yes it is. we got to the window and the drinks felt very light and definitely cold. i opened them up as we were driving out of the line and they were so empty!! my boyfriend went back inside to ask them to remake it and the lady said well maybe you should 've come in the store then. he was in shock he said excuse me?? and she said yes the drive through gets backed up you should 've just come inside. he was speechless and just asked them again to please remake it and they did while whispering to each other and throwing looks at him. there were 3 other customers in there also waiting from the drive through with orders that were wrong as well. after another 15 minutes waiting inside he finally got our drinks and when we got in the car i opened them and they are exactly the same as the first two... very low with lots of foam and whipped cream that accounts for 2-3 inches of the cup. at this point we were livid. we tossed them and just left it 's not even worth it anymore. we will most certainly not be coming back. the first two pictures are the first time around and the third picture is the remake.

I've attempted ordering the same general order via uber eats for the past 5 days. 3 of those days the baristas have messed up the order. Today part of my order was a Trenta sized coffee and received a tall. Another day I received phoning bread instead of a punpkin muffin and on another day just completely had a drink missing. I am absolutely tired of how terribly the manager Tracy O'Donnell runs this location and the highest ranking employee today, John/Josh was no help today either. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE. You will only have a 40% chance that they will get the order right. It was jot the delivery drivers fault, this is simply a store with terrible quality control and poor customer service.
