Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Chantilly

Ordered a 12pc signature chicken meal, I asked for 1/2 spicy and 1/2 classic. The cashier had to stop what she was doing to help the guy who was making orders. Apparently this was a difficult task, then I ended up with a wing and two drumsticks of spicy. All the other was Classic, mostly dark meat. Hardly no rice in the red beans and rice. Entire experience was terrible and for the price you would think they might try a little bit. But no. Will not go back here or recommend in the contrary will warn people not to utilize this establishment.

I was looking for a place to eat with my children, and found this Popeyes. I ordered two signature chicken combos. One mild the other spicy. They mixed the order and gave TWO spicy chicken combos. I also ordered two kids meals and the only thing we received was two extremely small tenders in both boxes. Had to buy the fries separately and it was expensive. One of my daughters said she felt sick and couldn't even finish her meal. The place was also very messy. Saw a mouse scurry under a table. Spilled drinks on tables, chairs and floors. Saw an employee cleaning and didn't even do it properly.

The worse popeyes. Everything is slow even if you order through their website to pick up 20 minutes before they dont make it ready and have to wait more 15 minutes .

I was looking for a place to eat when I came across popeyes and thought it would be good. I was very wrong, when they handed me my food the chicken tenders were so thin I could not even taste the chicken. They asked if i wanted mild or spicy and I said mild, and it came with neither.

Always have old food, they reheat and try to sell stale!!! I want my refund! So disappointed in the staff!
