BBQ and biscuits with an Asian twist is how I would describe Odd BBQ. And the food was amazing! The grilled cheese sandwiches looked so good but I decided to go with the biscuit sandwich, ginger slaw, Mac n cheese, and baked beans nothing disappointed and the flavors were so good and unique! The biscuit sandwichs were a good size and with the added sides, it was more than plenty of food for 2 people. If you're in tow... View all feedback.
What Dredge doesn't like about Odd Bbq:
Good bbq spot but they offer mostly pork and some chicken (no brisket) the pulled pork was on point. Very good house made sauces, good selection of sides but they focus on making them vegan. I find that a little weird but it 's 2023 ?. Co-located with Ono brewing company, I didn 't try the beer but they have novel self-service beer taps that charges a prepaid card you buy and sells per ounce. View all feedback.
Five stars right off.Got recommended about the good Mac and cheese and got into the sandwiches as well. Service was great. Conversed with the workers who were cool. Food is Amazing. Will definitely be back.
Great addition to Ono. Pour your own beers and expertly crafted BBQ. If you're looking to fill up without a huge bill, I recommend the biscuit sandwiches. Chicken thighs are bountiful, smokey and the sauces abound. Nothing better on the weekend than good BBQ and a craft beer. It's tucked back into another nondescript industrial plaza, but worth winding your way there.
This place has a chill atmosphere where it's what you make of it. There are board games available for customers to use while hanging out with family and friends enjoying your beer. The food and drink are served at two separate windows. Odd BBQ only sells food while Ono sells all the drinks, including water. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean. The food is excellent, very tasty. I highly recommend the spicy pork belly, baked beans, cheddar biscuit, and the beef on weck. I really like the seasoned rice, but I think it also comes down to food preference since it has furikake which has seaweed. The sauce is a bit sweet but it's not fully mixed into the rice so some bites have a lot of sauce and others don't have any. The baked beans have large chunks of meat in it and the cheddar biscuits are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The pork belly is a spin on American bbq with Korean sauce, a bit spicy and sweet. The beef on weck was delicious especially the beef au jus. The Mac and cheese is basically valveeta cheese, but it's nice and thick, nothing wrong with it. I'm not a beer drinker, but my friends said the selections were good as well.
Odd BBQ is a BBQ joint located inside of Ono Brewery in Chantilly, VA. My fiance and I didn't come with the intention to eat here but we were surrounded by delicious-looking food. After ordering, they gave us a buzzer to notify us when the food was ready. My fiance enjoyed the Chopped Pork Sandwich, which was served on a brioche bun with pickles and slaw. I wanted a cheesy biscuit but they were sold out for the day. I enjoyed the Smoked Pork Belly Plate with Seasoned Rice, Baked Beans, and Mac N' Cheese (even though I ordered the Macaroni Carrot Salad). I liked how the pork belly was tender and flavorful with or without the Red BBQ or Vinegar BBQ sauce. The seasoned rice consisted of jasmine rice topped with a dash of sweet soy sauce and coated with rice seasoning. I liked how the baked beans were cooked with smoked pork belly. The Macaroni N' Cheese was rich and creamy.
