Ihop - Chantilly

I didn't order the Steak Omelette cheese with buttermilk pancakes and one side syrup. No complaints with my pickup order. The food was ready in time without missing items. They ensured that the sauces and toppings are packaged separately so that my food is not sour.

I have always enjoyed IHOP, America's International House of Pancakes. For some a staple in their community for others a nostalgic place for Sunday morning breakfast. This location doesn't disappoint. It is open now 24 hours and dining in is optional. There are some changes though, no longer are condiments located on the table and refills are a thing of the past. I guess they're making up for loss revenue during this pandemic. Horace, the food is still made to order using a single menu or their website scan menu. I went with the paper menu because I wasn't about to go on my phone and look at the menu this early in the morning. Now, the staff under their man's are still pleasant and accomodating, but the ambiance is bit the same. I felt like the community spirit is lost once your started unless you come in with friends and family. But the food is still good and the 24 hours of being open week being you by. It's a good place to eat, give it a shot once again.

We were seated right away, and although the restaurant was very busy, our order was taken quickly. The wait for our food wasn’t long at all. When it arrived, everything was hot and fresh, and the food was excellent. Our waitress was friendly and considerate, apologizing for the brief wait, even though it wasn't significant. The atmosphere was fantastic, and I would definitely return.

Abby is the best waitress! My friends and I always hope to see her whenever we visit. Tonight, she handled a tough situation with great skill, and we were all very impressed by her grace and positive attitude. The manager was also very kind and stepped in to support Abby during the challenging moment. We love IHOP and feel lucky to have found such a wonderful friend in Abby. Thank you for the great memories and fun times we've had at IHOP, and we look forward to many more amazing experiences here!

This restaurant is amazing, especially if you're looking for a late-night spot. It's open 24 hours, which is fantastic! The place is clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly. The food is both delicious and reasonably priced. The steak is perfectly cooked, and the pancakes, omelets, and sandwiches are also excellent. The chef is kind and approachable. I truly appreciate the night staff—they remain cheerful and attentive, even at such late hours. The service is outstanding, and I believe these hardworking individuals deserve a generous tip and some recognition for their efforts!
