Ordering through the Chipotle app is a completely different experience than ordering in person—the ingredients aren’t balanced, with some bites too salty and others bland, making for a terrible overall flavor and a total waste of money. The staff at this Chantilly location are unprofessional and careless with orders. I definitely wouldn’t recommend spending your money here.

I usually go to two different locations twice a week—either the one in Chantilly or the Main Street location in Fairfax. I truly hope the employees at this location can receive training like the team at Fairfax.

The menu offers both beef and chicken options to choose from. Be prepared for a long line during lunchtime, so patience is key. The staff is friendly and helpful. Personally, I prefer ordering takeout rather than dining in.

Since it tends to get quite crowded during lunch hours, I make an effort to arrive either before or after the rush. The food is consistently fresh and well-prepared. However, I’ve noticed that they sometimes have trouble keeping the preparation area clean. I've brought this up to them multiple times because food safety is an important issue. Thankfully, I've never experienced any illness after eating there.
