Absolutely zero soft skills in dealing with customers. Today I tried the drive-thru and the menu board was not on due to a storm two nights ago. The voice came over the speaker, What do you want? I explained that the menu board was not on, to which the voice replied, Yeh, it doesn 't work, what do you want? Is it even worth finishing this review? This is a waste of my time.

Went to pick up my mobile order and decided to grab a mango lemonade before heading back to my work and paid with a $10 bill not only was my order given to someone else but when they finally remade the order and I got my lemonade I realized the guy only gave me $1.37 back instead of $6.37 and then when I got off work and went to talk to him about it the manager said no you're crazy, I don't know what you are talking about, I don't care if you call corporate, I won't look at the camera to see that you gave me a $10 and then claimed they counted and there was no extra. Absolutely ridiculous that managers have to steal and lie about it nowadays and no accountability is taken because there are no real people no more just messages and recordings. Would not recommend this store.

Ordered 3 side and some cheesecake. told it was $49 and some change LOL and the idiot kids that work that had no clue. just said thats what it rang up as. only requiremnt for employment is breathing.

Decent customer service.. chicken was crispy and juicy ??

This was one of the cleaner locations. But a backend chicken sandwich will be made and modified before you order. Nothing is fresh unless you order and wait forever. Like even being asked to pull forward doesn't mean you'll get hot fresh food.
