I have been ordering from the Sheldon location for about 3 years and have always had a great experience. However, during my most recent visit, the woman working the register ignored me when I arrived and only acknowledged me after a few other customers came in. She finally asked me for my name and then went to get my food without much care for customer service. I hope my experience improves next time. - Joe Smoh View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Pizza Patron:
I went to this restaurant for the second time and once again they forgot to cut the pizza. I called to let them know, but instead of apologizing they accused me of lying and asked me to come back. I didn't want to waste more time and gas, so I decided to post this review to show how careless their employees are. View all feedback.
At a time I would have given them five, but in the last time they blew our order. only last month we ordered twice. we asked for chicken spinach and they didn't add a chicken. for the second time we had 1 pfefferoni 1 hawaina and a spinat, wing, quesostix and a drink. They call us, they are out of spinat, so we ask choriqueso and they said they were where from chorizo, so we asked for clear cheese. we get the order home and we get 2 hawaianas 1 cheese burned quesostix and no drink. we love their pizza, but their service is simply not to cut. we called to let them know and they don't answer. we always have to order online because they do not respond and if they make the order wrong. now even order online, they get it wrong.
Good cheese on the pizza and kinda greasy but that's fine.
Lady was very friendly and when I dropped my ranch she replaced it with charge.
Enjoyed the Mexicana X-large ? and the quesostix were great. ???
Very Clean and friendly staff... Pizza tastes really good when it's super hot
