Costa Coffee - Channel Islands

This is a fantastic and spotless restaurant! The customer service is outstanding—five out of five. The staff is exceptionally friendly, pleasant, and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone. The cake and coffee are delicious!

Costa Coffee provides lovely coffee, food and drink, however, at a large price.

Normally good service from here depending on the staff. As a semi regular customer it is nice to be remembered (even if it is by drink order).

I had an Aero caramel hot chocolate, and it was absolutely delicious—impossible to go wrong with that! The service was quick, and the staff were friendly. Overall, it's a great place to visit.

As an update, the arcade Costa is still wonderful, but the Pollet Costa is also still operational and great! With my current mobility issues, having the restrooms on the same level makes things much easier for me. The staff are lovely, and it's a great place to relax! However, as of May 2022, I wanted to add that both the Pollet Costa and the Bridge Costa (which I recently visited and found to be lovely as well) now close at 3 PM and are shut on Sundays. I’m a bit sad about this and concerned about their future presence in the area.
