The Wave - Chania

I am unable to put into words how stunning this restaurant is. Where do I even begin? The food? The food is absolutely delicious - every dish I have tried so far, whether it be the meat, fish, spaghetti, salads, appetizers, or main courses, has been outstanding. The portion sizes are also impressive - how many restaurants can offer both quality and quantity in their food? The location? It's right by the sea, allowing you to enjoy your meal while listening to the soothing sounds of the waves. There is also a grassy area for children to play and relax. The prices are reasonable considering the high quality of the food. And last but not least, the staff are professional, friendly, and very helpful. To have all of these advantages in one restaurant? Simply magnificent.

The food was delicious and the scenery was beautiful. The house wine was the best I've ever had. We had the perfect table right next to the beach. What more could you ask for? The combination of the amazing food and view made for a perfect evening.

This is definitely the top restaurant along the beach road. During our two-week holiday, we tried many dishes from the menu and found them all to be delicious, with some being truly exceptional. The staff is both professional and friendly, and they accept card payments without any hassle, unlike some other restaurants we visited. The prices are reasonable and reflect the quality of the food. The view and sound of the sea add to the overall experience, making it highly recommended.

Best food we had all holiday- the linguini with shrimp (jumbo prawns) was perfect and even my daughter’s chicken nuggets were tasty/home made. The lamb chops were lovely and the coffee was great too. The staff are helpful, friendly and professional. The setting is perfect- nice and relaxed, yards from the sea with the sound of the waves the only thing you will hear. We came here late on by chance after missing breakfast in our all inclusive hotel but came back for lunch on several occasions as it was so nice.

The best restaurant in Maleme and the surrounding villages! It has an incredible view, delicious food and great service. It was so relaxing to have dinner on the beach right next to the water. Also possible to enjoy drinks during the day in the sunbeds. Absolutely perfect!
