We arrived just before noon on a weekend, so the restaurant was packed with the first round of customers, but the turnover seemed to be fast. We were about the sixth group in line, but were able to be seated after a 15-minute wait, so depending on the time, it might be better to wait outside rather than spending time at the roadside station. We ordered the "Assorted sashimi set meal for 2,100 yen" and the "Special sushi set for 2,700 yen" (the prices on the menu seemed to have gone up in general). Both dishes were visually and taste-wise satisfying. The fish seemed to be freshly prepared, and the sea bream and yellowtail had a crunchy texture. Personally, I highly recommend the assorted sashimi set meal for its high cost performance. While there weren't any premium fish, you could enjoy a variety of fish types, the side dishes were delicious, and there was plenty of rice. It looked beautiful too, and I felt that this price was really cheap.

Despite looking small, the portions were actually more than enough and very satisfying, thanks to the large pieces of sushi! The freshness of the sushi was top-notch, with a nice crunch to each bite. Definitely worth the price. The miso soup was also delicious, and even the tea was good.笑

I wanted to try uni and ikura, but since I didn't know the deliciousness of tuna, I asked if I could change the three-flavor chirashi to toro salmon. They kindly agreed to the change, so I was happy. The uni was rich, the ikura had the right firmness and was deliciously chewy. We also ordered sazae and chawanmushi, and everything was incredibly delicious. My companion ordered a tempura set meal and finished it in no time! The restaurant is small with a limited number of seats, but each table is spacious, allowing for a relaxed dining experience.
