What John G doesn't like about Restaurant Le Sieur de Pabos:
We followed our B&B host's suggestion and dined at this restaurant. Although the service was good, we found the food to be underwhelming and, in our view, too expensive for the quality. While it may be one of the best options in the area, we regret not making more of an effort to explore further, especially after the amazing dining experience we had in Gaspe. View all feedback. What Karen W likes about Restaurant Le Sieur de Pabos:
The entire experience was superbe...from the wine, to the salad, garlic bread and especially my seafood crepe...absolutely to die for!!! The entire meal was very pleasurable. I would love to have the chef's salad dressing recipe. View all feedback.

read moreLe Sieur de Pabos in Chandler, Quebec, is a recommended spot by locals and it offers a welcoming atmosphere with a varied menu at reasonable prices. The restaurant is nicely decorated and clean, and while the portion sizes and quality of the food can be a bit pricey, the service is top notch. Diners can enjoy a delicious meal with local products, such as fish and chips with Pit Caribou beer, in the contemporary Zen-like decor. The restaurant also caters to food allergies, making adjustments for special dietary needs. Overall, it's a great spot for a fine dining experience in a small town setting.
