We had an amazing dining experience by the waterfront. The menu, which features a selection of local ingredients, is limited but thoughtfully curated to complement the available wines. The char and scallops were beautifully prepared and presented. Our hostess for the evening was not only pleasant but also very helpful.
We enjoyed a delicious meal from appetizers to dessert. The service was impeccable and laid-back, even with our children aged 7 and 8. The cost of the meal was worth every penny, and we look forward to returning on our next trip to Gaspesia!
Best meal that we’ve had in years,service was impeccable,and a overall great feeling when we were there. We will definitely be back now that we have discovered this part of heaven!!

What a fantastic spot! Upon arrival, I felt slightly underdressed, but the staff and the welcoming atmosphere quickly put me at ease. The food was delicious, expertly prepared with great attention to detail. I have to echo a previous reviewer— the service was impeccable, yet it still retained the warmth and charm you'd expect from Gaspesie. I can't wait to visit again the next time I'm in town! Update: I'm very sad to learn that this place will be closing after six years because the city is selling the building.

There are only three available tables, but the quality is exceptional and the portions are generous.
What an incredible dining experience by the water! The menu features a limited selection of local ingredients that complement the available wines perfectly. The Essen Char and Scallops were beautifully prepared and presented. Our hostess for the evening was delightful and very accommodating.
The cooking quality was impeccable for every component of each dish. Even the accompanying vegetables were perfectly prepared and cooked. If you're accustomed to fine dining, you might find the portion sizes a bit generous. We're eagerly anticipating their reopening in May and can’t wait to see what the spring menu has in store! A little note to the restaurateur: I would have loved a 2-ounce wine pairing option!
