I recently had their delicio... read more Salad Go is like the Babe Ruth or Hank Aaron of the salad world. They consistently hit it out of the park with high quality salads. I recently had their delicious Cobb salad, which was fresh with plenty of tasty chunks of bleu cheese. The strawberry drink on the side was also fantastic. Manager Daisy and Ryan provided flawless service. Many other restaurants offer lower quality food and service for triple the price. Salad Go rocks!

Originally they had many creative salate and gardein huh. the gardein is now tofu that I like much better because the gardein always seemed boiled or old. they... read more Originally they had many creative salate and gardein huh. the gardein is now tofu that I like much better because the gardein always seemed boiled or old. they have slowly changed all my favorite salads and finally took them from the menu. the original Thai salat was bombed. the dressing was amazing. they switched it to a basic Asian salate that was not so good and now it's gone. Apple pecan is now gone. they had never vegan salads, but it was always easy to pull out the cheese and add avocado and choose the balsamikum or red wine dressing when they had it available. Nice that they have smoothies and cold brew with vegan milk, but I will probably not be back until they add some actually vegan salads or add vegan dressings to the menu. if they don't care about honey, they have some milk-free dressings available.

However, they have since replaced the gardein with tofu, which I prefer as the gardein often seemed overcooked or old. Unfortunately, they have gradually removed all of my favorite salads from the menu. The original Thai style salad with its amazing dressing was a standout. They have replaced it with a basic Asian salad that is not as good, and now it has been discontinued. The apple pecan salad is also no longer available. Although they do not offer vegan salads, it was easy to customize by removing the cheese and adding avocado, and choosing a vegan dressing when possible. They do offer smoothies and cold brew with vegan milk, but I may not return until they introduce vegan salad options or dressings. For those unconcerned about honey, they do have dairy-free dressing options.
