Yogis Teriyaki And Grill - Chandler

The restaurant Yogis Grill located on Chandler and Cyrene does not seem to value their customers. This is the second time in a row that I have experienced poor service when I called to place an order. On my way home from work, I decided to order food from Yogis Grill, but after being put on hold for over 10 minutes, I chose to order from another restaurant in the same shopping center instead. Surprisingly, there were no other customers in the restaurant when I arrived. I wonder if the franchise owner is aware of how much business they are losing due to their inadequate customer service. I hope that the next restaurant to open in this location will provide a better dining experience.

I was denied service by a person named Mark, who claimed that the restaurant was closing in 15 minutes and they were no longer serving customers. He mentioned that they needed to clean up and this was the reason for denying service. When questioned about the rules, he stated that he did not make them. I would appreciate it if the owner could respond to this situation.

The operating hours at Kyoto Bowl are not accurate. The employees close the shop between 6:30pm and 7:30pm, depending on their discretion. They never stay open until 8pm, not even on Saturday nights. Kyoto Bowl is located on Hard and Elliot, and they actually operate during the posted hours. Additionally, their teriyaki is much better than other options.

The food is good, but your cargo too much for items. 3 pieces tempo is $3,99? 1/2 cucumber roll with rice is $5.00? Will not order it again!

George is above the standard! Immaculate, superior, work ethic! A true blessing to this restaurant industry! George at the store front, if it was a car lot. I would of been sold. The service provided by the team members, all the way from the kitchen to the front is spectacular! All the sauce containers prepared efficiently! A steadfast environment, that offers various dishes, food that even Dubai would be lucky to serve. I personally got the Large Teriyaki with chicken, and steak dish. Tender each bite, perfection.
