Had the goat cheese salad alcoholic coconut drink. The European lady made the drink and it was out of this world. Definitely coming back to stay at the hotel because of the food. Thanks! View all feedback.

only the reason I stayed in the courtyard was for a healthy breakfast, as I had to work all day. they were sent to the fairfield for terrible foods, the stale bagels, sugared müsli and only coffee was not a tee. very dissatisfied when they closed the uptro and did not notify View all feedback.
Nice and clean hotel, with wide rooms well equipped. The location is a bit far from Chandler downtown but is in a quiet area and convenient for Phoenix airport and for Chandler city. Good value for money in general.
Amelia was great front desk host! i called prior to my check in and told her i wont be present for my original check in and that my flight was looking full (stand by life) and if it was possible to cancel my reservation from 2 nights to 1. she assisted me with no headache and i ended up making my flight and still was able to keep my original reservation. i got in around after midnight and was greeted by a different front desk host who was also friendly and professional. Wish i remeber his name but he was excellent as well and got me my room key and pulled up my reservations with no speed bump! excellent food excellent stay and of course excellent staff all around!
After traveling all day we checked in next door at the Fairfield Suites and were told the Courtyard's bar had food. Awesome because we were tired. It was about 9:30 pm.Only four seats at the bar but plenty of tables and neat private circular pods, with cushy seating and your own tv private and comfy.Very limited menu. We had wine while we waited for takeout. The margherita pizza was a little bland but good and the chicken quesadilla needed lots of salsa. They also offer a breakfast menu. Additionally, you can take your alcoholic beverage to your room.It was convenient....
I usually enjoy staying at the Courtyards for business trips but this one wasn’t the best. That said, it was better than the Fairfield that is connected to it next door. The Check in process we arrived late (around midnight to find no one at the front desk with a sign that directed us to walk over to the Fairfield next door to check in. Not ideal since we were extremely tired but so be it. I guess the staff does double duty at that time of day. However, when we got to the Fairfield we were instructed by the person at the front desk that she was in training and needed to wait for her trainer to come back over from the Courtyard to check us in and asked us to have a seat. We requested instead that she go get her trainer to check us in which she did. Room was decent and has everything you’d need including fridge, coffee maker and microwave. However, the Bathroom is outdated and has very low shower pressure. The full service Marriott down the street was significantly nicer and where I’d choose to stay next time.
DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The hotel website advertises complimentary hotel guest parking. The hotel hands out parking passes at check in and tells you there is no charge for parking. At checkout the hotel tells you they cannot print a receipt and will email the receipt to you. When you get the emailed receipt you are charged $10 per night for parking on your credit card. When you call the hotel to get the charges reimbursed they tell you there is no manager on duty who can assist you. THIS IS FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY!!!
