The staff always remembers us and our drink preferences. They are fast and efficient. We use the app to order ahead, and by the time we arrive, our drinks are perfectly prepared and ready to go.

I'm usually okay when it comes to waiting for my drink. it was my first time to visit this place. on the first sight there is no drive through. the place was not busy today. there were 3 people in front of me who got their drinks quickly and quickly. When it was about me, it took more than 20 minutes to get my drink. that is thought that it is not busy and the workers have excited each other. That wasn't okay.

I really love this Starbucks and their staff. I always receive excellent service there.

I had a really disappointing experience at this coffee shop. The coffee was poorly made, the staff had a terrible attitude, and my order was wrong. When I asked the lady to fix it, she was rude and even poured the coffee down the sink right in front of me. They made it again, but it was still incorrect because they weren't paying attention. I would recommend avoiding this place to save yourself from a frustrating experience that might ruin your day.
