Quality 3/5 Pho flavor is great. The quality of ingredients, the meat, not so much. Same story with the rice platters Service, parking, 5/5 Value, 3.5/5
Delicious, affordable, and great service. Will be back
We have been ordering take out for years. Food is always delicious. We have not ordered in awhile with it being so hot out… We were very surprised when ordering the Chicken Pho and Vegetable Pho to see the quantity greatly reduced. Food is still good but the amount of broth is half of what it used to be, the same for the veggies. Very unfortunate. Will not be going back. Although quantity was a lot less, price was not.
I specifically came into the restaurant because my girlfriend and I were anting to get the papaya salad, we ordered it and when I came to the table I noticed how dirty the serving dish was I asked the waitress to inspect it and she said it was hard water, I have working in the food industry for over 15 yrs and it was old food that stuck to the plate, I decided I didn't want the salad so i asked for coconut shrimp instead which was brought out in a few minutes, the shrimp was cooked to profection but it was also served on the plate I sent the papaya salad on. I've been coming to the restaurant for 7 yrs and I'm sad to say I'm never coming back.
Small place but nice atmosphere. Staff is very friendly. Food was very tasty. First time I had Phó (P3, spicy with added vegetables). It kept me full the rest of the day.
Nestled in a cozy corner, this restaurant offers a mix of experiences that vary from delightful to disappointing. While many patrons rave about the friendly service and flavorful dishes like Lemon Grass Beef and House Pho, others lament inconsistencies in portion sizes and authenticity, particularly with pho lacking depth and herbal aroma. Some visitors noted abrupt closures during business hours without explanation, causing frustration. Overall, while the ambiance is inviting and the staff attentive, the quality of the food seems to fluctuate, leaving some loyal diners hopeful for improvement and newcomers questioning the authenticity of their offerings.

I visited during a weekday lunch hour. I was greeted by friendly staff who seated me right away. The restaurant was moderately busy, but my iced coffee and water were brought quickly. My my food arrived soon after my order was taken. I ordered beef ?Bun? #B4 on the menu. The veggies and herbs were fresh and delicious! The beef was flavorful and tender. The egg rolls were not made in-house and were mushy inside and out. The sauce (fish-sauce) was bland and seemed watery. The iced coffee was pretty good too? the condensed milk seemed to be watered down or from powder maybe? It was a good drink and lunch. Prices were reasonable and portions were good size. Parking was easy and convenient. I?d return again if I were in the area.
Quickly becoming my favorite pho place in three states. Their noodles are everything! Never had better. It gets busy in the evening. I can attest to why. I'm a soup guy but now I definitely wanna see what else can interest my finnicky palate. Bravo guys. ????.Great friendly, efficient and smiling service.
Take out portion is small. I order short ribs for pho, the picture shows 2 ribs but I only got one. About Pho special , I didn 't even get 1/2 of a meatball, I only got 2 tiny pieces. Meat is cut very THIN. See the pictures. I also ordered Bun Cha Ha Noi but this is nothing like it. If you don 't know what Bun cha Ha Noi is, then don 't make it. It 's my first time trying out this restaurant but for sure, I will never come back again.
I really wanted to like the food but found it lacking. We started with the spring rolls which were rolled loosely and unevenly making them difficult to eat without falling apart. The rice paper was tough indicating that they were previously made earlier in the day. The pork filling tasted burnt and the peanut sauce was thinned and lacked much flavor. We then moved on to the beef pho with an adequate amount of noodles and beef. Once again though the broth was bland and lacked strong flavor even though we tried to enhance it with hoisin sauce and hot saracha. What happened Pho Chandler??? This definitely wasn't your best. Otherwise the service was great and they had brisk business. Lots of take out orders. I'm on the fence about returning. Maybe in the future I'll stop in again and try something else?
The staff at this restaurant is always nice to interact with. Their beef ph? is pretty tasty. Their rice plates are also flavorful. But today, I decided to deviate from the usual and try the chicken curry with rice. I regretted my decision. Even though everything was fresh, the dish could use more flavors. My spouse ordered the bánh xèo (sizzling crêpe), served along with lettuce and herbs and dipping sauce. The crêpe itself could be a little crispier, but was pretty good overall. We will return to our usual dishes at our next visit.

I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant on a bustling weekend evening, and I was really impressed by both the quality of the food and the service. Everything was fresh, and the pho was especially tasty. Even though the restaurant was quite busy, our meals were served in just about 15 minutes after we ordered. I truly have no complaints!
The best oxtail pho I've ever had!
Delicious pho at a fantastic price!

Here’s a rewritten version of the restaurant review: I particularly love the Lemon Grass Beef served with rice vermicelli, the pho featuring thinly sliced eye round steak and rice noodles, and the Pork Chop Country on broken rice. The pho broth is outstanding, accompanied by fresh bean sprouts, mint leaves, cabbage, jalapeño slices, and lime—truly excellent. However, I've noticed some inconsistencies in kitchen execution since COVID. I ordered the Chandler Special Rice Plate for takeout, but it was missing the pork chop.
I visited the restaurant for lunch on a weekday and was quickly seated by the friendly staff. The place was moderately busy, but I received my iced coffee and water in no time. My beef Bun was tasty, featuring fresh vegetables and tender beef. However, the egg rolls were not homemade and were a bit soggy. The fish sauce was thin and lacked flavor. The iced coffee was acceptable, although the condensed milk seemed a little diluted. Overall, it was a good meal with reasonable prices and ample portions. Parking was convenient, and I would consider coming back if I’m in the area.
I have visited this restaurant several times, and each experience has been outstanding. However, I made a special trip from Maricopa today and arrived at 1:49 PM, only to find the restaurant closed with chairs on the tables. There was no note on the window to explain why they were closed during their regular business hours. I attempted to call the business number, but there was no voicemail message. The phone rang about 12 times before disconnecting. It was quite concerning and disappointing. I hope everything is alright.
Pho Chandler has fast become my top choice for pho across three states. The noodles are outstanding—truly the best I've ever tasted. It does get crowded in the evenings, which speaks volumes about the quality of the food. While I typically order soup, I’m now excited to explore their other menu options. Kudos to the staff for their warm, efficient, and cheerful service.
