Nekter Juice Bar - Chandler

This restaurant consistently messes up simple orders. They will change ingredients without asking or leaving them out altogether. In the past, I ordered a peanut butter dish and they only added blueberries instead of strawberries, without checking with me first. I didn't even realize until I asked about it. Today, I ordered a PB Chocolate Protein smoothie and received a plain PB smoothie with no chocolate, even though I didn't ask for any substitutions. When I brought it up, there was no acknowledgment of the mistake. I do not recommend this place.

On the last 3 visits over the course of the last year, they didn't have the full supplies to make the bowl(s) that I wanted. I would drive there, to only be told things like they're out of coconut water and are waiting for it to come in or they're out of the rice pudding. I have no issues with the employees, they were all very nice. It is this location that needs to be better managed/organized. I wasted my time to go get a bowl and walk out with nothing. Time is money. Gas is money. I didn't want any alternatives, I wanted a bowl, which they couldn't make today since the pudding wasn't available. I never have issues with the Gilbert location. I actually drove to the Gilbert location to get what I was looking for and the manager at that location--Ashlyn, was super nice and accommodating.

I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. They made a mistake with my straightforward order, and when I asked for assistance, they didn't address the issue. I had ordered a peanut butter and jelly bowl, but they didn't even include the peanut butter.

Always wonderful. The service at this restaurant is quick and the female staff members are stunning!
