At 6:30 p.m. to place an order because the mobile app does not receive the immunity shell I usually receive. The young lady said they didn't take orders and that I had to use the app. When I explained that the app didn't have what I wanted it to say?s likely because the app stops, orders after 6:30, which made zero sense. She suggested that I just come in and place my order personally what I didn't have, so I just went to the Protein House instead of taking calls into orders. Not sure why they can call in orders like any other place, especially if they know their app doesn't work properly.

This place is SO FREAKING GOOD!!! I have the açaí bowl with peanut butter and green apples, etc. I have eaten the whole thing? and you get a good amount for the cost! Were they in the same city I live in? must drive to Seattle if I have a strong enough desire when I come home!

I love the company and the product, but the location is problematic. You often have no mobile order available. On several occasions they refused to make a juice 15-20 minutes before closing because they already cleaned the machines. Also, they do not yet offer the 32oz juices due to a cup shortage also with other places that take orders with 16oz cups.

I ordered and came after my scheduled pickup time. The order was not ready. They had no big cups, so I got two small, that's the same ounce. I was disappointed that only half of my cups were filled and the other half was foam. Very disappointed about my first experience and the cost paid. I should have known better than I left and the cups really felt light.

Owning a franchise in 2019 must be really difficult. Getting young people to work for you who aren?t clueless AND rude is seemingly impossible. I come here probably twice a week, it?s unpleasant 80% if the time. The bowls are great, the smoothies are ok. Also- ALWAYS pre-order because said young people will place their primary attention to talking to each other rather than being efficient. Update: I gave it another try 2 years later and got moldy disgusting strawberries in my bowl...
