Mcdonald's - Chandler

Y'all messing up over there. When I asked to add ketchup on my #1.. why did I receive a plain big mack? Have to work early and worked all day Sunday. Way to tired to drive back so y'all can make it right. Get it together teenagers!

Talked to a lady. she said no mcflurry for me. can a fat guy get a mcflurry pls. change your hours mcdonald’s more like mcclosed at 9pm.

I waited 5 mins for someone to get my order in the drive thru. There's like 6 employees it's empty what is everyone doing the worst customer service, currently at the window waiting for my frap and everyone stand around talking and no one making it. They come to me ask me what I ordered I told them still didn't make it. From the past reviews looks like this is a ongoing problem with this location.

I was at the busy drive-through and when I finally reached the window, they were out of what I had ordered. I asked for a voucher or some form of compensation for the inconvenience but they refused. The service was terrible and the management was unhelpful.

The restaurant had technical difficulties with their computer which caused them to lose our order. We experienced long wait times as a result. I recommended that they use a paper and pencil to write the orders down. This is not the first time we have encountered issues with slow service, such as receiving cold french fries while waiting for the rest of our meal. This occurred at the McDonald's located on Riggs and Arizona Avenue.
