Slow and false commands. it was asked for paprika, wobble and sneeze. they were not there, so after I had waited an hour for my sandwich, I had to call and tell them that it was wrong, the girl that answered, went and asked the manager and the manager called me a lügner and said they did the sandwich and knew it was right. here are the pictures of the sand, the one. no paprika or tweeting or sneezing. the girl on the phone got snippy when I told her that the manager can come on the phone if they want to call me a lousy, they said it's in order, we'll make another sandwich, but it'll take a while to come to them. great customer service jj. this is also the second time in a few weeks the delivery has at least one hour when we are less than a mile away

I'm done, I can't order from this location anymore. It feels like every other time I order from here, my order is wrong (and i don't order from here often). Now I've had wrong orders twice in a row (two months apart I might add). Last time it was leaving cheese on when I ordered no cheese, this time they made the completely wrong sub (at least there wasn't cheese on it this time). Look at all the other low star reviews, avoid this location.EDIT: In Response to the owner response below, I've reached out directly before, comping me a free sandwich doesn't make up for repeated mistakes, I'm not interested in another freebie, fix your damn store.

The 2 girls working on the sandwiches were talking about fighting people the entire time I was waiting for my sandwich. One slammed the sandwich on the counter and said here’s your Turkey sandwich while I was still pouring my drink. I thanked her and when I went to get YTB sandwich it was not bagged and my pickle was missing. I told them that my pickle was missing and they looked at each other for a few seconds. The one girl said “I’ll get it “ and continued to talk to the other girl working telling her she didn’t feel like working abs her day was so blah. Why should I feel bad that she doesn’t want to cut a pickle that I paid for if this is her job. Still didn’t bag anything. At this point , I’m bagging my own order and feeling so uncomfortable. I will never go back and decided I can pay $16 for a sandwich and pickle anywhere and feel good leaving. Then they call out as I’m leaving “have a nice day” it felt condescending and disrespectful

I appreciate them being quick; however, they were so quick they didn't make it correctly. I verified verbally and it was still incorrect.
