"The restaurant was very clean, and the dining area had plenty of space. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was fresh and served hot, and it was prepared quickly. The bathrooms were clean and well-stocked. There were plenty of parking spaces available. I chose to dine in, so I can't speak to the drive-thru experience, but I assume it’s good. I was pleasantly surprised when a staff member even took our trash for us, which was a nice touch.".
What User doesn't like about In-n-out Burger:
08/19/22 1:49. Yesterday, I had an excellent experience with the double burgers and hot fries; it was truly my best meal. However, today was a different story. I ordered double fries and a milkshake, but the shake was bland, the fries were cold and overcooked, and my burger was hastily thrown together and also cold. My order was simple, but it took way too long to arrive, and the staff even forgot the milkshake. I was disappointed.
This is great location but ALWAYS busy. The staff is nice, and the food is delicious.
08/19/22 1:49 pm. Yesterday I had excellent double double and hot french fries that was my best experience. Today was double double fries and strawberry shake. Shake boring, fries, cold and overcooked, burger was thrown together and cold. My order was basic but it took far to long and they forgot the shake. I was #10 and higher numbers got there orders prior to mine. I left the fries but put a photo on my review. Price is very low even for subpar offerings.
My daughter loves In-N-Out! The food was great, the service was friendly, and the restaurant was clean with a quick pace.
This is a fantastic fast food burger joint. I think the fries are freshly cut on-site, and they always taste great. The service is consistently excellent, and the shakes are delicious as well!
I would passionately debate anyone who claims that In-N-Out Burger isn't the best fast food burger place, hands down. The food is genuinely fresh and reasonably priced, and the service is fantastic, all wrapped in a classic 1950s diner vibe. What more could you possibly want?
