I've ordered both inside the restaurant and through the drive-thru, and my order has always been handled with great care. I've never experienced any cross-contamination with allergens. I appreciate how reliable In-N-Out is; dining out with allergies can be challenging, and having a trustworthy restaurant with a drive-thru feels like a lifesaver at times. The price and service are also excellent.
Thank you, In-N-Out... View all feedback.
What Justin Murphy doesn't like about In-n-out Burger:
I went here late night with a big group of people, and the staff did a good job of accommodating us. The fries are not crispy and the sauce on the animal style fries gets cold and hard quickly. The burgers were pretty good and the shakes were ok. There are definitely better fast food restaurants, but it?s not a bad place to go to though. View all feedback.
We stopped by for a quick bite to enjoy a famous cheeseburger, reminiscing about our In-N-Out experiences back when we lived in California in 2016. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly. We both ordered the double cheeseburger, but unfortunately, we were very disappointed because they were excessively salty! Even after they replaced our burgers, they were just as salty. We ended up tossing them in the trash. We won’t be coming back!
My dining experience was excellent. Irene was incredibly helpful and friendly.
The portions were not very large since they were on the opposite side of the menu. I ordered dish number 1 with all the toppings and dish number 3 without everything, but unfortunately, dish number 3 arrived fully topped, while dish number 1 did not, which was disappointing. We had to switch our orders to eat properly. On a positive note, I really liked the decor on the walls, and I hope to pick up a piece next time I visit. Overall, I’d rate the food: 1/5.
I and my family (3 of us) go here after each visit of the prenatal. to be pregnant with twins, I just want their fries. on 8th august at 2 o'clock we went to have our famous order of the pommes (2 animal type no cheese and 4 regular pommes.) not only did it seem to be a problem to order only pommes per exercise with this particular in n out location, but if we go our or leave and to eat them in our vehicle (right outside the facility) was not a pommes. they actually lacked anadaisic, as the riders were placed in the pocket. to be descriptive, the pommes were thrown on the top of the others, falling from the side, nothing separates them, and a lap in the face would have suffocated at this place. there were burned pieces everywhere (not the harry snyder away at all.) when we got to the animal species pommes, there were salat pieces and pieces of chilli peppers that were crushed in the spread; almost as if they used someone's animal style burger därme to say it's fresh. none of them tasted fresh. well, I use to look funny because I ordered all the fries (6 of them,) but that goes beyond the order. I know that the workers here on the upper echelon of fast food chains due to their payment and expected behavior on the basis of the in n out bible. Not to mention the service is what makes in n out californias gold, well I was 't even convenient, my eating back in there because it seems like such a problem to fall fresh pommes. so I called the commentary line and complained and we will never eat at chandler
I grew up next to an in n out in california, close walking distance down the street. Having been in Phoenix for a few years now, the itch still begs for a scratch on the weekly. You get to know the different locations. This is my preferred stop during lunch hours, when you hit that magic time between the nooners and rush hour. high quality low price guaranteed from a far away franchise met to succession. Will continue being a patron of this fine establishment. But do be specific, animal style “all the way” does not translate to also animal style fries here. Also recommend chopped chilis on the burger. Why not.
