Worst Firehouse Experience EVER!! Usually, most of the Firehouse are running neatly, including this. Never had any problems before.... although the staff service went... That night, two teens are running the show. No adult supervision as mentioned earlier reviewers and no improvement made at least this day. No regards. A teenager who sniffs the food is pretty close to the hand. Don't wash the glove. Measure round while eating. Throw food together. I don't think it was just the worst firehouse experience ever, but the worst restaurant experience EVER!! I know it's not easy to run a business, but I always thought of Firehouse Sub as a higher standard than Subway... This one goes down on Gilbert Rd and Germann... something bad must happen in the administration because it gets worse and worse when I come.... sad....

Waited for a single sandwich for 20 minutes when asked where it was they had?t started the sandwich! AVOID DIESER PLACE, unless you want to wait a while.

I ordered a meatball saucer for dinner at 18:45 and I have now excreted food poisoning, which about 2 hours after eating my under. I'm not gonna eat here again.

$57. You would expect quality if you output it in a sub-shop. Unfortunately, my sandwich saugy had bread, bad cuts of meat and galley cheese. Not only that, but one of the children behind the counter focused more on listening to his music and then focused on making the sandwiches. All in all, would not recommend you to spend hard money here all.

I?ve been going to this Firehouse Subs location for years and I always get great service and food. A bit more pricey than other sub shops, but the quality in the food makes up for it. This is my go to place when craving a good sub. I usually get the Italian, New York Steamer, or Smoked Brisket, all of which are great.
