Einstein Bros Bagels - Chandler

So understaffed they should not be open. Ordered at 10:12. Just got my bagel at 10:27. Hire more. Pay more to work here. I got home and they screwed up a very simple order. My review? Don't waste your time or money. Skip this Einsteins and find another.

Stopped by to grab breakfast at this location. Staff was quick and attentive. Rune assisted me and chatted a bit while taking my order and offered the survey to receive 2 free bagels on my next visit. I will be back to this location when in Chandler, the customer service was superb!

The young person with long hair and a septum piercing that works here was really nice and made a connection with their customers. I very rarely will write a review for places that I spend little time at but everyone here was so sweet and the vibe was just right. keep it up. you all deserve a raise.

We ordered a tub and some bagels, were charged accordingly. But when we got the order, there was only bagels and no tub. The manager or someone prepping the orders was least bothered to talk to the person at the register to confirm the order and was rudely telling us we were not charged. Then the register guy helped us and the manager questioned him twice. Such good food place and awesome bagels, yet such employees.

I used to really enjoy having breakfast here and would visit every few months, but the quality of the bagel shop has deteriorated regardless of which location you visit. I will not be returning to any of their establishments. I am sharing this experience not to receive any compensation or free food, but to warn others. My last visit with my boyfriend was completely disappointing as he found dark greenish black spots in the egg of his sandwich. Upon further inspection, mine also had some of the same spots. We decided to throw the sandwiches away, but the experience was truly disturbing. It is clear that the workers and/or manager must have noticed the spoiled eggs, yet they still served them to us. This is unacceptable, as customers expect to receive quality food when paying. As a result, we will no longer be ordering from this establishment as it has become unappetizing.
