I order with the app before I get there. I didn't know I had to use a Dunkin card then connected a credit or debit card to the gift card to refill my balance. Excellent idea for security. Line was long but it moved fast. Excellent coffee as usual. View all feedback.

(really trying to convert from a Starbucks loyal customer to Dunkin but it's proving itself difficult to do so)Super frustrating to pay $6 for a coffee and order a mobile pick up, and the door is locked when you go to get it. It's whatever. Just really annoying when you're on your way to work and are running late and plan to just run in and get it...figured I would try again next week.Well, I just gave em another shot again today and the same thing happened. Paid my $6 and went to get my mobile pick up and the door was locked AGAIN!Twice!!! If you can't offer mobile pick up, turn the dang option off on your app.
Drinks and food are always up to par with my expectations. I usually order mobile so I don't have to wait in line. Today (12/4/20 around 8:30 am) I came in to pick up my order and a young man who works here (I believe his name was Jacob, or so I was told when I called) was being harassed by a Karen who didn't want to wear a mask. Despite her refusing his offer for a mask, he still served her politely. She had a fuss and threatened to report him to corporate. Well I have a report of my own I am reporting Jacob for phenomenal customer service and for defending the duty of public safety! You're really doing a great job, Jacob! Keep your head up!
First time visitor to this Dunkin? location and I wasn?t impressed. I placed a mobile order and went to pick it up in the drive through, but when I got to the window the employee had no idea what was in my order... he had my drinks ready (which were made incorrectly) but I also ordered a half dozen donuts. When I told him that I was missing the donuts, he seemed confused and asked me to list the donuts that I picked for the assortment, which of course I couldn?t remember. When he sensed my annoyance, he said he would go look at the order receipt. Why wasn?t that done to begin with?! What was the point of ordering online if I was expected to tell him my order all over again? Every Dunkin? I?ve ever visited only seems only to hire stoner teenagers with no work ethic. This is why I prefer Starbucks.
Picked up a couple of Beyond sausage sandwiches and a couple of donuts. The sandwiches were delicious. The service was very good!
Staff is friendly but this has become to worst Dunkin in the area. Drinks inconsistent, often handed the wrong drink, forget to make orders, and getting slower. I got a, oh, I forgot to make it! when I was picking up drinks for my crew for before dinner rush. When picking up an app order in the drive thru, they often forget who you are by the time you get to the window (even if there are only 2-3 cars). Or, the person at the window walks away until someone else notices you 're still there.
So after waiting 30 min the grub hub driver let's me know multiple items weren't available. Ok that's fine. While I'm still in communication with the driver they cancel the entire order. Never ordering from here again.
