Cold Stone Creamery - Chandler

I have visited this restaurant twice, and on both occasions, the staff was efficient. The ice cream was delicious, but unfortunately, it started melting before it was served. One of the workers forgot to wait for me to enter my reward number, but another worker promptly refunded me for one ice cream (as it was a buy one, get one free offer).

The restaurant was dirty and the bathroom appeared to not have been cleaned in days. If we had noticed before ordering, we would have left. The ice cream was delicious, but after ordering and starting to eat, we ended up throwing the rest away. We were appalled by the lack of cleanliness and will not be returning. Disgusting!

The staff at this restaurant were incredibly rude. When I didn't like a product and wanted to return it, they refused and I had to purchase a new one. They did not give me a refund for the ice cream that I didn't like, so essentially I paid for three ice creams but only received two. If I had known they would throw it away, I could have given it to my brother. To make matters worse, when they gave me the second ice cream, it was in a smaller cup than the first one. The staff even tried to argue with me and claim that I was the one who threw the ice cream away. Overall, this place does not deserve even one star.

My experience was very unusual.. June 29, 2022 4:00 p.m I thanked the employee there, a caucasian Girl, for washing her hands before serving us, I told her I noticed you threw away a damp paper towel, She looked at Me dumb founded, and said "I threw away My gloves, I didn 't wash My hands! Where does cold stone get their employees, and to think the ice cream they serve they make it in their store!!

When a member of our group asked for a shake they told us they were out of milk, then some more people came in and asked for a shake and they pulled out a full gallon of milk. Bad customer service they should treat all customers equally.
