Don the Manager has a great team at this restaurant! He went above and beyond to help me out. I only ordered a pizza and paid with my credit card, but I needed to exchange some loose change for dollars, and Don was kind enough to do that for me. I realize I could have gone to the bank, but many places appreciate having spare change, so it was a nice way to lighten my purse. Don definitely deserves a big raise! As for my Mexican pizza, it was just as delicious as always. Plus, there's plenty of parking available around the restaurant. Thanks, everyone!
This is definitely the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. They often run out of food 3-4 hours before closing time, and those who work there don't let you know until you've waited in line for 10-15 minutes. On top of that, this is by far the slowest Chipotle I've experienced. If possible, steer clear of this location!
I really should have read the reviews before going; I made the mistake of assuming Chipotle would have everything sorted. Unfortunately, the food was cold just five minutes after I picked up my to-go order. The rice was overcooked and had clearly been sitting out for too long. Chipotle's headquarters really needs to look into what's happening at this location—there's clearly a problem, and it's a potential PR disaster waiting to happen. This experience was genuinely disappointing, and for the first time in over a decade, I had to throw away my food.
This location is the worst. They always skim on ingredients or mess up to go orders. I always check the bag before I leave and have to have them correct something. They literally put no cheese in my quesadilla. The bowls are always half full. It's so frustrating because this location is RIGHT next to my house. Every time I go back to try and give them a chance, they disappoint.
