Buffalo Wild Wings - Chandler

Beautiful place. it appears very clean. the personal is friendly and attentive. good place to go a bite and see the game. eating is okay not to write home. it is not bad, but not so good that I will visit for a particular court. it is usually just a more convenient and affordable place where they take a drink, something eat and cheer for their team. overall, okay, not great, but not bad.

Every time my family and I come here, we swear it's our last time at this place. from today we're done. the service is terrible. on Monday at midday it was not rare here. I had to ask the manager to ask a beer when my man asked for one, we sat and sat. and sat. it took me to get up and go into the bar (found the server and the manager only chat it on the POS system to go for them oh, the bartender made a drink for someone who sits at the bar. server, once again, went out after the drink. I'm sitting here writing this, trying to flag someone for a box for my food. we live in maricopa and drive the additional 15 minutes to the Gilbert site.

It was 9:00 clock and good three hours before closing. we wanted to sit down everywhere. we consisted four stands with scurry, sitting there one sitting and sitting on the only clean cabin. we never waited. after 15 minutes the same thing that sat us came to ask us not for a drink order, but to ask us if it was in order when they started with the vacuum. we could take a note and go. this was the evening of 14 september 2022. google says the closing time is at 12:00. we checked before coming, but if this is wrong, then it should be fixed. that would not have been acceptable for any restaurant, even if it had closed the rest of the opposite at 10:00 a.m., but that was three hours before closing. as far as we could say that the hired just sworn around, didn't do their job and messed up the place. we are not coming back.

Second time, I ordered to go to eat and there was no product. this time it was kartoffel wedges, last time a whole series of wings. eating is good, but disappointed that this happens again

I'm usually not one to complain as I know from experience how difficult the restaurant business can be. I usually have good experiences with this Buffalo Wild Wings but recently it just has not been good. I ordered the Nashville hot chicken sandwich (which I do not recommend) with fries, traditional wings all flats, extra wet with a side of spicy garlic. I picked up my order and checked it in the car no fries or spicy garlic so I go back in. I get those items then go home and realize the wings are all drums. So I call and they remake them. When I pick them up, again no spicy garlic or any sauce on the wings, I just decided to forget it. I checked the receipt and it says all the items I ordered. I understand the pressure of a busy restaurant but it sure is frustrating when everything I asked for is right on the receipt, it's like kitchen doesn't look at it.
