Barro's Pizza - Chandler

I went there on Saturday night, and there was only one table occupied. The food was good, but the service and the server were not very friendly. The server seemed distracted when she took our order. While the food was enjoyable, I would choose to dine elsewhere rather than come back here.

Customer service is the worst aspect of this place. The staff pays little attention to those waiting for their food, as they seem more focused on new customers while eating at their tables. You can even overhear them making negative comments about customers in the waiting area. The manager was nowhere to be seen, and the staff seemed indifferent about fulfilling orders. When I returned home and inspected the food, I found small pieces of other items mixed in, suggesting they don’t properly clean their prep stations. One part of the pizza was missing cheese, and the garlic we ordered was clumped together, making it difficult to eat without encountering "garlic landmines." For someone like me with food allergies, this is a significant issue. I will likely reach out to the health department as this establishment appears to be poorly managed and staffed by untrained individuals.

I waited 20 minutes for a pizza from this place, but I've never waited less than an hour. The two women who work at the front have become increasingly rude to customers. They complain about other customers in the lobby and completely ignore people. It’s unprofessional, and I won’t be returning. I used to come here at least once a week.

The delivery of 4 pizzas on a birthday party of my granddaughter. the taste was very good and the good amount of sweets wobble, tomato capsicum, olive, along with cheese made it quite delicious. it was hot.

It?s a joke! I ordered two pizzas online for dinner and It was almost 5 pm. I got an email regarding my order that showed I will get my order the next day at 10:30 am., I called and the the lady on the phone said there is No delivery after 5 pm. I told her that nothing on the website showed that then she said ok you will get it but it will take an hour and a half!! I didn?t receive it and its passed already been an hour and a half I called them again and they told me No delivery!! I either come to pick it up or wait another 45 minutes!!! I had a really bad experience and ended up without getting my dinner.
