Auntie Anne's - Chandler

Ok. So I tried to give this place 3 separate tries. I’ve heard the food may be good but you know what the person today is what did it. Idk her name but it’s 1.16.24 11:30 am. She was so rude. Straight rude. I’m sorry. If someone says can I have the fresh pretzels and you say “No, I’m not selling these” you don’t deserve business. From anyone. And this lady was it. I just went upstairs and had wetzels make mine fresh. No problems.

I redeemed the wrong reward by mistake and subsequently the app would not let me redeem the reward I meant to redeem, and the cashier would not honor the reward I meant to use. She also didn’t seem to care that our purchase price would be doubled because of it.

I love Auntie Anne's the problem is the manager at this location she treat her white employees very bad she's rude disrespectful and she don't take the time to train her staff in a proper manner. In the morning the oil smells old like it hasn't been changed or cleaned ! Besides that She has a attitude and she comes off as prejudice or racist. A young white man came for a job she took his number and threw it away 5 minutes later a young black man came she put the number in her pocket and said she would give him a call.... If that's not or prejudice I don't know what is she has a all black staff and the only white staff she has is a pregnant white woman who I seen on her hands and on her hands on her hands and knees cleaning ! NOW THAS JUST WRONG ! The Atmosphere gets 5 stars because it's in a very nice mall.

Currently fighting to get my paycheck for the days I worked and they are refusing to do legit employment paperwork.They are shady .I been here 4 days now and have noticed so much wrong with it and a screaming manager .This place is nuts.

Love this place, customer service was off the charts! Ask for Mom she is a living
