I went there yesterday 27/11/2016.It is suitable without any more.The welcome is good, I had the right to a free coffee to wait. The cook makes sushi almost in front of you, with gloves what is appreciable.On the gustative level, it's medium. Cabbage salad is not very good, maki sushi is medium, fish is fresh, soup is medium. In my eyes, the best Japanese restaurant. The fish is very fresh, makis and soft sushi, well prepared, excellent grilled and generous portions. We've been there for 10 years and it's always so delicious, in addition to the service is fast and the friendly restaurateurs. Thanks, Fujiyama!
