I visited this restaurant and found it to be empty. The cashier who was working continued doing dishes in the back, ignoring me until two more customers arrived separately about 8-10 minutes later. The cashier then washed their hands and seemed short and rude, unless the customer was a regular ordering a simple sandwich. The cashier did not close my sandwich properly before packing it, causing the sauce to spill everywhere. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was lacking and it seemed like more help was needed. It appeared that everyone, especially the staff, could benefit from more training, especially since it was a slow location. If given the opportunity, I would recommend some improvements to the staff.

I had a great experience at Subway the other day. I stopped in for a steak and cheese footlong and the customer service was excellent. The woman helping me, Lucy, provided exceptional customer service.

If I wanted my sandwich cold, I would have said NO to toasting it.

There is freezer burn on most of the vegetables, you see the Frost on the containers, which not only means they aren't refreshed frequently but they don't taste good. The tomatoes were literally frozen. There was one kid working since 3 and we were there at 6 and he did a great job. The 2 that came to help hung out in the back instead of helping. Won't be going back.

Always skimping on the sandwiches.. They don't put enough meat, and never put double cheese on the series subs. When I ask about it every time the employees get really confused and weird about it and try to make some excuse as to why they don't need to put double cheese on the sandwich. Rip off for a $14 sandwich. Music is way too loud in the restaurant, the ac is usually very nice though.
