I stopped in to order a sandwich, wearing a mask. The employee working commented how he could barely understand me because I was wearing a mask. Then went on to ask if I was vaccinated, laughed when I said I was and that he would never get vaccinated. I don’t appreciate someone making my food ridiculing me for wearing a mask trying to do the right thing by being safe, and admitting they’re not vaccinated as they make my food with no mask on. Subway, you just lost a customer.
The personal was obviously not happy to work. he mentioned 7 days the week more than once
The staff at this restaurant is very friendly and accommodating. I witnessed a customer who was dissatisfied with the way their sandwich was toasted, and the employees handled the situation with professionalism and grace. Kudos to them!
