I visited on October 13, 2023, at around 10:30 PM, and despite their closing time being 11 PM, they wouldn't even take my order. After waiting for 15 minutes, I was told, "Sorry, we are closed." What a disappointment! The management here leaves much to be desired. I think I’ll contact corporate to report this issue.

How the hell you do you have two workers only and have two lanes open for me to wait a whole hour to just give my code that I ordered from the app. I didn't even get my order when I ordered a Frappuccino and nothing else because it took 30 minutes. I know the guy offered me something free next time but still it's not his job to fix management's bad job.
