As for the food, it's average—not terrible, but not good either. I would rate the food around 2.5 to 3 stars. However, the poor customer service from the person on the phone would make me give them 0 stars if I could. I would recommend exercising caution if you decide to order here. They send you a bill, but you have to check your bank statement for the 10 dollar over charge. If you look on your receipt, or website, there's NO mention that they will add this UNAUTHORIZED Charge

As for the food, it’s mediocre—not the worst I’ve ever had, but certainly not good. I would rate the food around 2.5 to 3 stars. However, the awful customer service from the person who answers the phone makes me want to give them a 0-star rating if that were an option. Proceed with caution if you decide to place an order.

Unfortunately, it seems that some patrons only co... read more I’ve had quite a few experiences at this restaurant, both good and bad depending on the freshness of the food. Unfortunately, it seems that some patrons only come when the food isn’t as fresh. Sometimes the staff asks for my preferences to better prepare my meal, which I really appreciate. The best time to visit is right at opening, at 12:00 PM. I went one evening to order takeout and encountered a man around 45 years old who was incredibly impatient, despite the waitstaff asking him to wait just two minutes. I was surprised to see that there are kids helping out at the restaurant. If they make mistakes, I understand; they’re still learning.

The p... read more As a longtime customer, I've figured out the best times to visit this restaurant. Sometimes the food is dry, but at other times, it's fresh and delicious. The prime time to go is right when they open at 11:00 AM, when everything is hot and tasty. However, by around 2 PM, the food tends to dry out. During my visit today, I learned that they plan to close the buffet, which is disappointing as they will be shutting down in September 2019 earlier than expected. On the bright side, at least the menu ordering is still available, and the portions are generous—freshly made and delicious. A single combination platter can leave me completely satisfied. I really love it here!
