(Traducido por Google) Buenas pizzas y tiramisú. Las pizzas son un poco gruesas aunque con mucha masa, pero son sabrosas. (Original) Good pizzas and tiramisu. The pizzas are a bit thick though with quite a lot of dough, but they are tasty

Eaten here 3 times this week. Food always really fresh and tasty, both pizzas and other dishes. Tonight they went above and beyond when we had a mix up at another venue and ended up with no food for our son. Their kitchen was already closed but they saved us with a ham sandwich that was absolutely delicious and hugely appreciated. Can’t thank them enough. Highly recommended!
Recently went for dinner on a Friday night in August when it was also Jazz and Wine night in Champery. That in itself was a great experince and I hope its something the village continues with and finds a way to do something similar in the winter months. We 've been to Alta many times, so we know what we 're getting. Its not cheap, but nothing in Champery or Switzelrand is for that matter. The pizzas are very good and we also tried the beef tartar this time, which was excellent. However, I 'm not sure what happened this time, if our order got forgotten about, but we had to wait well over and hour for two pizzas, beef tartar and a bowl of pasta. Even making all of that from scratch shouldn 't take that long. We were fine as we were in good company and had our wine, but I 'm not sure if we hadn 't asked the kitchen after 45 minutes, how much longer we would have waited and there was no apology when the food did arrive. I don 't remebember it taking that long before. I will go back and I 'm giving them the benefit of the doubt, but an apology or acknowledgement about how slow they were being would have been nice, you 're far more likley to be forgiving in those situations.
I have been to Alta many times over the last 5 years and was always happy with food and service. In fact last year the waitress was so nice I still remember her. However this year the service is a complete shambles with the 2 new waitresses. First, they don’t wear a mask and I will report this to the autorithies. Second, they are rude, speak in a rushed manner with customers but spend a lovely time chit chatting between behind the bar. Third, they are slooooowwwww to take orders and slower to deliver. So bye bye Alta. Arriverderci strozi.
We had dinner in Alta twice during our stay in Champrey. The service was excellent and food delicious. As we had enjoyed huge lunches, we only wanted a small supper so shared a charcuterie starter and pizza between four of us and both times it was delicious and well presented. The restaurant has a lovely vibe and I would recommend it.

L’Alta seems always to be full and you have to book to get a table. Contrary to Le Nord, you get a good value-for-money expérience in this Italian restaurant. Staff is friendly and attentive. The pizza is really tasty and Napolitan style. Pasta is also...enjoyable. A good pick for a dinner with friends and family.
We had 2 amazing pizzas and an outstanding Tiramisu. we came on his last night before a 2 weeks vacation, therefore, the menu advertised was not available (salsa and pastas). and yet the Pizzas we chose were filling and recommended, we would have come back...the following night. we gave it 4 stars as there was only one waiter on a full house and the service wass slow.
Our reservation went well, we had a nice table near the window and the staff was friendly and helpful. Food and drinks were great and it was not too expensive. The style of the food is italian with suisse influences, the deserts are very tasty.
Our party of 8 stumbled into L'Alta during a rainstorm. Couldn't have had better luck! Service was good, ambiance relaxed and casual, and food tasty. Portions more than ample. One pizza was served overcooked, and the waitress offered to replace it. This is a busy...place and we were glad to have found it.
Probably because it was new year’s eve, but we had to wait for our drinks for 40 minutes. Even food came before the drink. The table and chairs were high and not very comfortable. Cold cut platter was nice but overall food was too salty...and difficult to finish. I would probably not go back.
