Today 4 people walked in and just t... read more Every time I go here there is only one employee and 5+ customers in line. And all the employees are obviously under trained. Today 4 people walked in and just turned around. You lost my money. I wonder how much more your losing per day???

I arrived at 3:30 PM intending to pay for fuel inside. Two employees were outside smoking and chatting. I went through all the steps at the pump, but it wouldn'... read more I arrived at 3:30 PM intending to pay for fuel inside. Two employees were outside smoking and chatting. I went through all the steps at the pump, but it wouldn't reset. After waiting for a while, I ended up backing out and restarting the process. It turned out that I was waiting for one of the employees to come in and reset the pump, but they just continued to stand outside. Eventually, I gave up and left. What terrible service! I won't be returning to that store again. It makes me question Circle K and their hiring practices.

When I called the store, I was told they couldn’t d... read more I went in to buy milk, gas, and cigarettes, but I was given the wrong items. I only noticed when I got home. When I called the store, I was told they couldn’t do anything because it was a tobacco product. I had left just three minutes prior to the call. First, the store wasn’t open for calls; secondly, I spent my money on those items; third, their staff needs better training; and fourth, stop ripping off customers. I spent $30 only to be told there was nothing they could do. The customer service was terrible. I usually shop there three to four times a week and spend a good amount of money, but after this experience, I won’t be returning. Circle K has clearly cornered the market.
