the recommended breakfast, the dinner with the first and the second is not very varied, in the form of a buffet. The red and rosé wines of the buffet at dinner are very bad. Super food offering Swiss fondue and rachlette, but seriously by weight. A single server runs around all tables to sit, serve and take commands at the same time. Bad food, even more mediocre service. Ordained “basic marina, slow cooking, poelee of winter legumes” which translates into “slowly cooked marinated beef with vegetables” on the menu. The beef mandrel was served blue and cold. As it wasn't what I expected from the description, I expected the beef cooked with vegetables, maybe like a stew. I asked him to be changed chief. The waiter said they'd change, but I have to pay another director. We asked the director, who insisted that beef was cooked in the cooking method described. His attitude leaves little to be desired. But he changed for something else without paying the beef, after saying I didn't pay for the beef. Since then, I have checked the description with two French friends and I agree that it should be cooked and certainly not blue and cold. The replacement plate I had roasted was fade and rubbery.
