I dined at Maarten twice during my stay in Sint Maarten. They have a large menu with many options. On both occasions, I ordered an omelette without the bread, which was not an issue at all. The food was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

This restaurant boasts the largest brunch menu on the island! However, those with celiac disease should proceed with caution, as they do not label gluten-free items and cannot guarantee protection against cross-contamination—it's best to ask the waiter. We ordered a potato scramble that was fantastic, but we did experience some side effects afterward. If you’re looking for a hearty North American-style brunch, we suggest trying Reveil Matin.
