Mod Pizza - Chamblee

First visit at Mod pizza, friendly staff I enjoyed the Jasper pizza had to add black olives and daughter enjoyed buffalo chicken pizza. It was different and a good stop on the go spot. You can make your pizza and salad however you like and enjoy. The cook respected the fact I don't eat pork and made sure our pizzas were cut with a clean cutter. Thank you

This is an awesome location, the service here was excellent. My pizza was fresh and delicious and my entire family enjoyed an awesome meal and excellent service. Management here is great as well I loved watching how the staff were treated as well. My family and I will be coming back for more!!! #Happy Pizza loving family

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Down to the manager on duty??? Last night my boyfriend came in the Chamblee location and it was incredibly unprofessional?! The front house server was extremely rude and had an attitude. On top of that, he came home with the pizza and it wasn’t even fully cooked to where we couldn’t even eat it?! The worst pizza I’ve had in Atlanta by far. It was our first time visiting and will NOT be returning!

Never had a problem. Best pizza I’ve ever had. Usually quite. Very nice employees and manager. Great environment. Great places and stores near by. The one thing is the employees don’t always use the cups for the correct amount of cheese or toppings. They have a great rewards program. The app takes almost no storage.

I really love the concept of Mod Pizza and have been a fan since the beginning. However, they seriously need to provide customer service training for their employees. During my last visit, two girls behind the counter were more focused on playing with receipts and unnecessarily restocking dough (without gloves, I might add) while three of us waited patiently for 15 minutes. When we finally asked them to wear gloves, we noticed one of them had just taken hers off after handling dough from the back. We ended up leaving because of the poor service, which might explain why the place is often empty during lunchtime. On a previous visit, another employee burnt all our pizzas. It’s frustrating!
