What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
I have been eating at this McDonald's location for 4 years now, and it is by far the worst one. Despite giving it a break and returning after a few months, the quality has not improved. The Claremont Rd location is always superior - I don't understand why there is such a difference. Even when I order a simple Big Mac, something always goes wrong. ITS ALWAYS A ISSUE HERE. I ONLY COME BECAUSE I LIVE ACROSS THE STREET.. they close when ever they want it’s always nasty . The girls have no customer service skills . I asked for my sauce for nuggets and she rolled her eyes. TODAY WAS THE LAST STRAW . I HAD MOLD ON MY BUN.. I WILL NEVER RETURN
Ridiculous, I didn’t have time to go back, but it was a simple order for breakfast, and I did not get my Egg McMuffin, after repeating multiple times my order, and it was stated on the receipt. It was a waste of my five dollars and the workers here are usually rude when ordering.
They never have the lights on early, super dark. The menu is sometimes not lit. The staff is friendly but lack training. Was skipped 4 times in the dual drive through. Had to drive around again. 15 minutes to get a coffee is unexepytable.
Don't go to this mcdonald, it's müll. customer service is terrible. 06/24/22 @10:45 pm the men on the drive-thru commented, who are insulting and insensitive to customers. the driver in front of me ordered 6 mcfluries. the cash commented oh my god, I don't think we have enough oreos as if nobody could say that he just didn't want to make the order. the line moved ridiculously slowly, and I think it was intentional. I know that there is a personal shortage, but it's crazy with this mcdonald's. I finally approached the window and the Lord/Cashier read the order. I agreed, then he asked what kept me in line for so long? I think that's a strange question, instead he should have said that we appreciate her patients. but don't worry, I just told him that it was one of the only ones that are open. then he gave me a bag and I asked for a drink. I remember using a mcdonald app code, and there is clearly that the meal comes with a drink. I told the men that and he began to use the profanity back to me (very rude), I thought. I am a supporter of the company. No one should be speaking for this wise, especially after a long wait I have experienced. after I left, my order was wrong. I didn't get the bigmac I wanted, but I got a cheeseburger. wow! I'll never buy again at mcdonald. just go to wayback burger! much better service there.
It does not say too busy online, but this is the slowest mcdonald’s I was. the girl at the theke I guess was the manager who was just there when the other workers are trying to get the commands out. When she gave me my order, she didn't give me my coffee and when I asked about my coffee, I refused to give me milk and sugar, although I asked for it and even charge me to my bill and not a ketchup. the sad part was that I waited so long as I had just walked on the road to the dq.
