They don't acknowledge customers at the counter, seems they are more focused on drive-thru customers. Forgot to give me my cup and gave me my food. I stood at counter for fiveminutes with them repeatedly looking at me and not engaging me. I finally spoke up so the whole kitchen could hear me, askingfor a cup before my food got cold.
