I also requested light sauce on both items, and instead, the sauces were overflowing, making a mess of the wrapping. I usually don’t have any issues at this location, so I’m really let down by the way this was prepared. When I worked at a different store, such a mistake would have been unacceptable. It’s a real shame.

Burritos are meant to be convenient, handheld meals without the need for silverware—not whatever this was. Additionally, the wrap was so dry and stale that it couldn’t be salvaged without falling apart.

Even though we paid right as several other hot food orders were being placed, we didn’t get ours before those other orders. In fact, two or three orders were completed ahead of ours. Absolutely ridiculous.
