Pat Carla's I - Chambersburg

I wanted at pat and carla’s i, place and order because they are open until 11 o’clock and it was 9:28. they told me that they would not accept my order because I was pat and carlas iii closer and I had to order with them. I verified that pat and Carla’s iii closed in 2 minutes and that I didn’t think they would even take a delivery order to this time anyway, as most places deliveries stop about 15-30 minutes before their closing, the woman on the phone said to me: “well you have 2 mins i can give you their phone number” I felt that it was extremely rude to call it somewhere else to say it was not not to mention, I live less than a mile of them and she told me delivery radius is 5 miles. So instead of taking my order and making the sale, have neither pat and carla the order. not great customer service and rude, not only me and my family, but also the employees who would have been working at pat and carlas iii who would have just gone to go if I had asked for order. oh and I have definitiw deliveries from there before to p

I dont know why they melted a pound of mozzarella on a Caesar salad but its a waste and pretty weird

Very good pizza,as well as a stromboli and calzone. And their bread is outstanding.Usually very busy and seem to be short staffed, so there's a wait most visits.

Pizza we ordered and chicken wings horribly smashed upon delivery. We've ordered in the past and had problems, this is the last time. Clearly no regard for delivering a quality product.
