We had a party there to celebrate my son's 3rd Birthday. It is a nice brand new building with and open view of the kitchen. The gentleman was very nice and gave us cups and cut one of our pizzas into 16 slices for the kids. The party room has a highceiling so everything echos. It has a door on the room which helps. Really great experience View all feedback.
What Christine Provard doesn't like about Domino's Pizza:
I called to place an order. Put on hold, hung up after 8 minutes, called again... after 8 minutes, I hung up and we drove to this store, thinking we could order in person faster there. One of the men asked if we were picking up.. we said no, want toorder. He turned around and started putting boxes together, ignored us. We left after 5 minutes. Never again. View all feedback.
HORRIBLE customer service. I tried to place an online order for the mix and match special. It said this location is not taking online orders, so I called. The man that answered the phone said the mix and match can only be ordered online. When I told himit said I can't order online, he said I cant control that and he cant help me! WOW JUST WOW!!

Friendly staff; Eating is also good. The offers/coupons are always there, which is very helpful.
This is my favorite domino in Chambersburg! Really nice location and good pizza! I love the mix and match deal. You have always made my pizza right and with the perfect amount of cheese and sauce. You never forget the Parmesan and Rotpfeffer packages and even extra most times! Only compliant would the cutting of slices sometimes be somewhat off, but most slices are equal.
I visited Little Caesars to order three pizzas, and when I went to pay with a $100 bill, the cashier said she couldn't accept it due to corporate policy. If that's the case, why isn't it posted in the store? I was frustrated, so I went to Pizza Hut and explained what happened. The lady there brought over the manager, and they quickly got me my three pizzas—much faster than Little Caesars. Thank you, Pizza Hut!
