Domino's Pizza - Chambersburg

Their pizza dough with the garlic bread taste is delicious! I love their pizzas and their special pricing of two pizzas with 2 toppings for $5.99 each!!! Great value and quick service!!!

We had a film shoot run late, so we unexpectedly had to order food for our cast crew. It was a Monday so we didn't realize they were closing. The manager took our order explained that the delivery driver was gone for the night but offered to drive it to us himself. He made the order, closed the store then delivered our pizzas to us. That is customer service ABOVE BEYOND what is expected. Thank you.

On any other year besides the last 3 years I may had ask to talk to the supervisor. However the few individuals that were working were doing so with speed and patience. They were taking orders via phone, preping the boxes, working with online requests and making the pizza. They looked exhausted but they didn't work like they were tired. The pizzas took a really long time past the estimated information on the application. Despite that I don't place blame on the staff which is very understaffed . Maybe Dominds should up day their app with a radio button that says due to staffing shortages, you may experience longer then normal wait times. People can be disrespectful with out hesitating. This team has to do X2 the work and take rudness from some customers. People and these younger kids are being abused under these conditions. Corporate if you are reading, please consider communicating this to the customers in a way that is customer friendly. Give these folks a break or a bonus. Regards the sympathing pizza eater. Fyi- the pizza was great!

The food is usually fast and hot . But to No fault of their own they are low staffed. Good job to the steady workers!!

Everything was good but I did find a problem with the cinnamon knots I ordered. For some reason they had a garlic butter taste along with the cinnamon and didn't taste all that good between the both.
