Forgot my Whopper in the bag. The doors were locked I couldn't get inside. I had to go back around through the drive-thru which was busy. It was close to 11:00 p.m. which was closing time so I do understand what was going on. View all feedback.
The Classic Ghost Pepper Bundle arrived without any sauce or sauce packets. Everything felt outdated. Additionally, I received the wrong number of chicken fries.
Everything is outstanding and delicious! They did an amazing job with the preparation, and the delivery was perfectly on time. It's one of my favorite spots, and it's very affordable even with inflation. I highly recommend everyone visit BK and support them here in Chambersburg, PA, for many more years! You can customize your order exactly how you like it. You all are the best! Happy Father's Day!

I accidentally left my Whopper in the bag and discovered that the restaurant doors were locked, preventing me from entering. I had to go back through the drive-thru, which was quite busy at that hour. Since it was almost 11:00 p.m. and close to closing time, I can understand the circumstances.
The restaurant has been beautifully renovated, resulting in a delightful ambiance. The management team is very experienced, and everything in the establishment is spotlessly clean.
