You should not be in a hurry for lunch. I arrived at 11:45 and we were served only at 12:20. But well, it was very good and the atmosphere is really very modern for a city like chalons, we must admit it, but apparemeny there is a clientele of inhabitant and I think a lot of offices and officials around. What Brian S doesn't like about La Bourse:
We had an overnight stop at the Ibis Style two weeks before Christmas, which is almost next door, and were recommended here by them and chose the Entrecote Steak. I would explain that we have had dozens of steaks in France over recent years and these were the worst ones ever consisting of mostly gristle and fat.
